Job Description

The Application Support Analyst- Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship across internal onshore and offshore team resources. The Lead will be responsible for coordinating across extended internal IT support teams to facilitate efficient triaging and resolving of application issues across a portfolio of applications. The Lead will be responsible for dealing with major incidents, as well as integrally involved in monitoring, deployment, vulnerability management, and change management procedures.

Job Details:
  • Support for Boarding & Servicing application portfolio of approx 12 individual applications.
  • Deployment Support
  • Triage issues with Windows Engineers, DBA, and Network Engineers
  • Support patching and verification schedules
  • Manage Change Management Activities for AppDev teams
  • Represent B&S on Weekly, Daily Change Advisory Board meetings
  • Represent B&S Incidents once Daily on Worldwide Status calls
  • Cover 24x7 support function and from office & Weekend on-call
  • All other standard support functions/activities


  • Overall experience of 5-7+ years
  • Experience with Incident Management Processes
  • ITIL or other service oriented certification Strongly Preferred
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, Java, IIS, Apache servers
  • Ability to debug and analyze windows, web server and application logs
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple systems
  • MUST be ready to work in shifts covering in office and weekend on-call
  • An eye for details
  • This is a purely support role
  • Experience in handling shifts as a shift lead
  • Provide expertise in resolving complex problems
  • Provide direction to junior analysts
