Our client is seeking a high energy, detail driven and personable Client Implementation Specialist to lead our clients to the finish line. As the Client Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role as the main point of contact for our clients throughout all phases of their Implementation. The Client Implementation Specialist will work with client’s post sales to ensure the client achieves the best experience while obtaining the most value from their suite of products. This role, you will help drive the projects to success, deliver the best in class service to all stakeholders, charismatically train users, and achieve user adoption.


  • Develop long-term relationships with assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Client advocate, acting as the liaison between client and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to satisfy the client’s needs.
  • Accurately update work management systems for daily tasks, tracking and documentation of client data, and internal updates of assigned work.
  • Must utilize strong adaptability skills and become an expert on our proprietary products, through classroom, web and on the job training and experience
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure the product meets client’s expectations
  • Manage multiple implementations, while maintaining on-time deliverables
  • Conduct training sessions that are client specific
  • Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside clients, and vendors.
  • Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed
  • Demonstrated expertise in Client Relationship Management
  • 2+ years of proven experience in software implementation
  • Strong communication skills with exceptional presentation expertise
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to follow procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous Real Estate Lending or Title industry experience preferred
  • At a minimum, the ability to work from 8:30 am CST to 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday
  • Travel may be necessary to support onsite training
  • Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
