Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
• Oversee vehicle fleet logistics to ensure consistent availability and quality across locations
• Order management of vehicles to ensure vehicles meet customer expectations for each individual market
• Responsible to track and report performance metrics while using that data to creatively solve problems, find ways to improve
• Support senior team member to build and implement market growth strategies with support from cross-functional team at headquarters
• Communicate across the organization to ensure timely resolutions, quality control, and process feedback
• Works closely with senior management to define the direction of future mobility concepts and activities related to the US market
• Generate feedback and recommendations to central operations, business, product and engineering teams
• Coordinating and administering training of Mobility services on-site with partner personnel as needed

• Bachelors’ degree in International Business, Marketing/Sales, Finance or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a successful start-up, leading technology, or consultancy firm
• Experience in the Automotive Industry is optional
• Project Management experience preferred with a track record of successfully implemented projects

• Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and assess how to manage the communication flow accordingly
