Job Description

The Technology Delivery Consultant is responsible for implementing consulting with clients and advising them how to integrate products and services to solve their business problems. He/She will partner with senior members of the team to manage the ongoing contractual relationships and deliver professional services to clients for an account or group of accounts. Interacts with clients to determine system specifications and facilitates solution design. 

As a Technology-focused Professional Services Consultant, you will be engaged in a dynamic team environment delivering solutions to solve business problems through effective, scalable technology solutions. Consultants will have responsibilities including: 
- Solution Consulting and Delivery 
- Business Risk Policy Design & Implementation 
- Data Analysis and reporting 
- Functional quality assurance testing 
- Customer deployment activities 

Achieving these tasks will require experience as a technology consultant in addition to leveraging strong skill-sets in effective communication, qualitative and quantitative analysis and a detail-oriented focus. Through engagement of strong communication skills, you will be asked to serve as a liaison between client representatives and technical consultants on your team, to design and deliver solutions to meet customer requirements. 

Responsibilities: 
- Assist in the interaction with clients to determine business and system specifications. 
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities related to system development projects. 
- Consult with internal teams and customers on functional related aspects of design, project delivery and support 
- Responsible for on time delivery of multiple concurrent small to medium projects 
- Work with customers on technical aspects of project delivery and support 
- Develop a deep understanding of data, technologies, products and platforms 
- Champion Professional Services Strategic Initiatives focused on process improvement 
- Business Logic Design and Implementation in a Business Rules Management System 

Experience/Education Required: 
- Experience with software delivery methodologies and object-oriented design 
- Experience building business risk policies and analyzing data 
- Experience as a Scrum Product Owner, working with Agile Delivery Teams, utilizing Agile / Scrum / Kanban. 
- 5+ years of experience consulting/implementing software configurations and customizations 
- Proven customer facing skills through project status tracking and reporting to executive level stakeholders 
- Technical aptitude for computer applications having gained a functional knowledge of hardware and software components 
- Basic SQL Database familiarity to write and execute queries for research purposes 
- Business Process Engineering 
- B.S. or B.A. in related field, or equivalent training and experience required.
