Job Description: 
The successful candidate will be planning, monitoring and managing internal projects and programs including process and project identification, planning and execution.  Securing required resources, using formal processes, tools and methodologies to manage project / program resources, budgets, risks and changes.  Managing projects to ensure on-time completions according to specification and budget costs.  Managing enterprise programs to ensure desired objectives are achieved.  Identifying opportunities to increase productivity, efficiency and enable increased growth. 

Manages projects, ensures project activities and timelines are met.  Identifies critical capabilities, project resources, budgets and critical path issues and reports to project sponsors/project team.  Acts as liaison to Project sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure project is completed and meets business requirements.  Leverages technical expertise for project planning, resource management, system/technology/validation testing and implementation planning. 
  • Business Knowledge - Uses knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others to improve own work and the work of less experienced colleagues; Builds and maintains an understanding of industry trends and uses knowledge to identify factors that differentiate us from our competitors

  • Customer Value Creation - Demonstrates a solid understanding of customers' perspectives to advocate for customer needs and gain commitment for the resources needed to meet those needs; Pro-actively identifies, recommends, and implements value-added solutions to strengthen relationships with customers, providing insights on downstream outcomes and recommending alternative solutions to customers when their requests are not in their best interests

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Manage complex, cross functional technical projects, including activities such as budgeting, schedule, resources, documentation and tracking
  • Assemble project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedule to ensure timely completion of project
  • Identify critical capabilities, project resources, budgets and critical path issues and reports to project sponsors/project team
  • Ensure project activities and timelines as well as budgets are met
  • Leverage technical expertise for project planning, resource management, system / technology / validation, testing and implementation planning
  • Liaise with project sponsors across the business, including globally at times
