Job Description

  1. ended contract position will be responsible for maintenance and daily tasks, designed to keep the mailing program functional. Candidate will need advanced skills in Excel. They will also be using a variety of internal and customized programs and systems. With these systems, this position will be using pre-existing templates and/or pre-designed code. While familiarity with Unica and Business Objects is an asset, it is not a requirement.

Some of the specific responsibilities will be:

- Filing and sorting

- Reconcile budgets and understand forecasting

- Build and run campaigns in Unica system

- Run response analysis, utilizing Business Objects and SAS, be able to read, understand and report on the analysis

- Process invoices for payment

- Utilize Excel and Internal system to pull multiple reports for internal use

- Post As-Mailed files to internal system

- Order prospects for mailings

  • Process Postage (Filemaker and Excel)

- Run pre-written programs for analysis

- Catalog segment and page allocation analysis, using internal systems and advanced Excel

- Manage Fulfillment house catalog inventory

- Work across multiple departments

- Maintenance of monthly files utilizing internal systems

- Advanced Excel skills a must

- Multi-tasker - can handle multiple projects in an ever changing environment

- Basic business skills and ethics, very professional

- Creative thinker

- Organized, thorough, extremely detail oriented

- Can handle change and scheduled work load, knowing how to prioritize and float projects as required

- Quick learner - self-learner (taught the basics but can figure out the details )

- Good personal skills - works well alone or with a small group
