Job Description

The Associate Director of Content manage a team of content developers who will design and develop payment and pricing.

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate Policy, Pricing, and Rule configuration for select content categories
  • Drive consistent policy development practices aligned with content team
  • Work with quality team members to assure test coverage and accuracy of implemented rule logic
  • Suggest and implement process improvements within content team
  • Manage content development team to implement plan
  • Work with Legal and Compliance partners to assure alignment with legal and compliance matters
  • Present content capabilities and client customization capabilities as needed 
  • Develop and maintain core models and taxonomies for rules
  • Develop plans for implementation of rule sets in collaboration with implementation teams


  • 10+ years experience in Medical Payment Policy, claims system configuration, or appropriate healthcare claim pricing or coding
  • Knowledge and experience in medical payment policy based on geographic, regional, or jurisdictional drivers such as CMS, state insurance regulations, and fee for service.
