Software Quality Engineer

As a software quality engineer, you will collaborate with a team of talented individuals to create next generation products that change the way people manage restaurants though mobile interfaces. We’ re looking for ideas from every facet of computer science, including user interface design, distributed computing, networking, security, web applications, and messaging. Our software engineers work on small, agile teams, and we need you to be versatile and passionate to tackle new problems and to push our technology forward.



• Automate tests on mobile environments using test frameworks like APPIUM.

• Collaborate across teams to develop solution-based test plans and ensure that feedback from different stake holders is incorporated.

• Maintain a high-level understanding of other product lines to assess their impact on the overall solution

• Flexible to work in different areas like Backend, App and API testing.

• Work towards sustaining current processes and implementing new ones.

• Manage, maintain the QA environments and plan for the future improvements and support in the planning

• Expertise in mobile testing procedures for both iOS and Android platforms

• Analyze user stories and business process requirements to estimate quality risks


• Expertise in messaging protocols

• Experience with web services REST/SOAP API test automation

• Performance & functional test automation experience

• Experience in SCM like Git, CI/CD tools like Team City or Jenkins.

• Strong knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, Java and C#

• Experience in testing front-end, back-end and API components of cloud-based and/or client/server products

• Experience with load testing and determining break points

• Strong knowledge of Agile development practices (especially Scrum), methodologies and tools.



• APPIUM experience

• Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance processes, procedures, and standards

• Demonstrated ability master technical details of multiple complicated software solutions; understanding technical and usability aspects as they related to quality and usability

• Self-directed individual who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent time management skills

• Detail oriented with a strong focus on quality

• Strong customer-centric attitude toward both external and internal customers

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and verbal and written communication skills
