You will be in a primary collaboration and coordination role with a number of business lines (Security, Technology, Audit, Compliance, Legal) to ensure the highest level of execution and quality for our regulatory, audit, compliance, and customer deliverables and processes to support these engagements with an ever-changing and evolving set of requirements, participants, and standards.

  • Prioritize, request, and see to completion information requests for scheduled reviews and quarterly, monthly, or periodic requests made by regulators, auditors, customers, and compliance activities.
  • Track and hold responsible parties accountable for timely, accurate, and complete responses, supporting documentation, and artifacts that solve for the ask the first time without compromise.
  • Break down complex and multi-faceted requests to engage the right resources and then bring several sets of inputs together to develop a single, aligned, and supportive response.
  • Develop and deliver clear and effective reporting on recommendations received from regulators, progress on remediation, areas of challenge and risk, and strategies to drive consistency and efficacy for future efforts.
  • Define simple project plans and responses to support recommendation owners where assistance is required, oversee progress reports on these plans and milestones, and be an advocate to encourage self-sustainability from these owners in the future.
  • Actively participate with on-site and in-progress examinations and taking action to support timely and effective delivery of all requests received.
  • Escalate and bring attention any matter of importance or risk to the organization, team, or the current effort that involves any significant regulatory or legal challenge.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • 5-7 years in technology, cyber security, audit, regulatory, compliance or related experience
  • Project management, coordination, reporting, and or metrics experience

  • Ability to organize and align information from multiple workstreams across a wide spectrum of disciplines into coherent and unified responses.
  • Your education, previous work experience, and problem solving super powers provide you with the foundation to tackle completely new and unexpected challenges without hesitation and with a desire to solve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communications skills and customer focused
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into common language

  • Outstanding teammate but can work independently when required

  • Superior problem-solving, project management, and decision making skills to triage, tackle, and triumph over new challenges while maintaining progress on efforts already in progress under your responsibility.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of technical and functional team members at all levels of experience and exposure to this work and the agencies that initiate the requests.

Education and Additional Requirements:
  • College degree (BS/BA)
  • PMP, CISA, CISM or other applicable certifications are a plus
