Key Responsibilities

  • Create requirements, prioritize work, and determine acceptance criteria for a development team
  • Create the appropriate documentation to support current and future development
  • Maintain all documentation related to project progress and compliance reporting
  • Serve as an expert for the compliance teams as needed
  • Troubleshoot and identify gaps with existing systems/processes such as, but not limited to, manual processes that can easily be automated, lack of appropriate tracking systems, security risks and vulnerabilities
  • Identify dependencies between your team and other teams.
  • Contribute to the Vision, Roadmap, and Program Backlog with your experience and insights
  • Listen and apply the priorities of the work around you in an appropriate manner to guide the team in the right direction
  • Establish a strong purpose and sense of urgency within the team.
  • Support the release process for solutions developed by the team
  • Maintain alignment between Product Management, Development Teams, and Customer Service
  • Be available to the full Agile team (business and IT), working hand in hand with them on a daily basis
  • Assist in evolving team processes and driving continuous improvement. Achieve this by continuously seeking out and applying feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Computer Science
  • Have at least 3 years of Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into requirements and timelines.
  • An Analytical and Innovative thinker
  • Proficient and have demonstrable Leadership and Teamwork skills
  • Proficient and have demonstrable communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Perform with commitment, accountability, transparency, integrity and partnership
  • Have a familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices
  • Strong understanding of various payment mechanisms: credit card, debit card, ACH, and emerging payment options
  • Proficient in various MS Office software products
