Job Description

Responsibilities:

o Participate in collaborative large scale and/or cross-functional projects across Finance Shared Services. Includes business requirements gathering, current state analysis, support future state design and implementation. Activities can cover testing, training, user guide documentation, trouble shooting, supporting accounting and ensuring the accuracy and validity of financial and operational reporting and metrics
o Assist the Change Performance team project managers to update active project status reporting and the communication of any risks, dependencies that could impact project deliverables


Requirements:

o Basic understanding of Order to Cash business operations, objectives, and strategies as well as back office business process and best practice
o Proven track record of working in an environment with multicultural, technical and geographically diverse teams, demonstrating an ability to thrive in an environment with diverse opinions and building effective, collaborative relationships in a highly matrixed organization
o Possess strong problem solving skills and a collaborative mentality. You will be required to work with senior executive level associates as well as get hands on with back office associates engaged in day to day financial operations
o Ambitious, with a strong ability to follow-through on commitments, who is willing to take the initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic business culture
o Open-mindedness, flexibility and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with associates at all skill levels
o Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
o Strong organizational, execution, documentation and presentation skills


Preferred Qualifications:

o Previous experience working on project based, enterprise business process change management
o Extensive project management experience with exposure to an agile project management framework
