Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with Data Fabric Program Managers and Alliance teams, support the communication and change management work streams of multiple Data Fabric implementation programs globally
• Develop Stakeholder Analysis for the Data Fabric Alliance and communication plans to support many audiences in a dynamic matrix environment
• Develop messaging and deliver communications directly and also through multi-media channels and collateral with assistance from internal and vendor resources as needed, to many audiences across the enterprise
• Assess resistance gaps and develop solutions to address; partner with senior leadership to eliminate barriers and ensure execution of key change management plans
• Recommend change management techniques consultatively to stakeholders
• Own the facilitation of knowledge transfer about Data Fabric to partners
• Develop reporting strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) around Data Fabric change adoption; create status reports for senior leadership; and present initiatives to steering committees and executives
• Develop creative change management techniques for Data Fabric Alliance in conjunction with other partners. Build plans to implement change management strategies, own execution, and report results to leadership.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies; identify and address opportunities for communication improvements (for example, training, documentation); and manage vendors and third parties as needed
• Augment the Data Fabric Planning & Execution Leader as needed with alliance administrative duties such as team communications and development activities.
