Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage change management initiatives through the discovery, execution and benefit realization phase.
  • Conducts impact and stakeholder analyses, develops and implement change, communications, training and implementation of plans and activity schedules.
  • Leverage change management methodology and apply as appropriate for the business environment, adjusting as needed to ensure focus is on execution and impact for the people-side change on a project
  • Conduct business readiness assessments, evaluate results, and develop plans to ensure the team members at the new company are prepared for and adopting upcoming changes
  • Provides detailed information to management to ensure risks/issues are surfaced and mitigated.
  • Works under minimal supervision to identify and evaluate fundamental issues on the project.
  • Acts as a change agent by emphasizing and encouraging continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree and two to five years of experience in change management.
  • Experience in Financial Services and/or Mergers and Acquisitions is ideal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills, presentation skills, facilitation skills and significant experience working with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to execute against multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
  • Ability to operate within a busy team environment and build relationships across business lines
  • Ability to manage a heavy and varied workload while demonstrating strong attention to detail
  • Able to travel as needed, 25% time at the most
