Our Client is seeking a Client Relations Services Project Manager to  facilitate the implementation for all new customers and will act as a liaison between our client and their customers.  The successful candidate  will be expected to design, implement and direct business projects supporting strategic objectives while providing  support to the core engineering team.

This person is expected to retrieve and analyze files and aggregate data for our client' s healthcare customers, conduct product and market research, create format programming to files for processing and assist with new client implementations. This position uses Analytics  and Business Intelligence software for analysis and research.  This position will have full accountability for assigned clients with quarterly goals.

Reports to:   Senior Vice President Data Analytics and Production Support

Key job tasks will include (but will not be limited to):
  1. Complete the project plan and new client set up for all customers
  2. Understand all customer contracts, treatment settings and file processing settings for clients
  3. Coordinate with analysts to ensure  files meet  the requirements for desired outcomes
  4. Monitor production input files to ensure no changes have occurred
  5. Strong understanding of the provider revenue cycle process
  6. Monthly issue performance reporting to clients initially and quarterly, and assure documentation and contracts are up to date in internal systems and platforms
  7. Review executive reports and work with the reconciliation team to understand any performance variances
  8. Perform file audits and analysis
  9. Research complex data questions
  10. Perform client performance reviews
  11. Document processes and procedures

Requirements:
  • Strong business and financial data  analysis, analytical and critical thinking capability
  • Ability to quickly learn new financial software applications
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Advanced skills in BI tools usage (Tableau, Jaspersoft, Power BI)
  • Strong proficiency in scripting in SQL and/or Python
  • Understand hospital revenue cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills with strict adherence to timelines and deadlines
  • Strong background with technical systems and software
  • Provide appropriate communication to stakeholders, including providing customer support for existing tools
  • Support internal/external users to improve accessibility to data via data aggregation effective visualization and navigation improvements
  • Develop usable tools and assets to support automation, reporting and analytics initiatives
  • Ability to handle heavy workloads in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow up and understanding of financial billing or data principles
  • Ability to manage changing scopes and priorities effectively
  • Bachelor’ s degree at minimum, Master’ s degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with data analytics management in financial, scientific or other applied disciplines
  • General accounting experience (accounts payable, receivables, billing)
  • Project management skills
  • 3+ years working in a healthcare provider revenue cycle process
