SharePoint Collaboration Expert

Job Deliverables

  • Support new and ongoing SharePoint 2013/2019 projects.
  • Design  and manage  the provision of collaboration solutions with Microsoft technology (SharePoint or Office 365).
  • Responsible for the corresponding collaboration solutions  
  • Responsible for project management for the implementation of releases or new developments of solutions, and providing relevant user training documents.
  • Create automated transactions and customized forms using Nintex Workflows. 
  • Design the content for further developing the solution portfolio and the new development of demands.
  • Work closely with the different stakeholder groups within the Group (stakeholder management) and oversee and advise the SharePoint Community.
  • Responsible for planning, designing and developing custom apps for SharePoint solutions.
  • Work closely with the business and the development team to develop workflow with Nintex, SharePoint Designer


Bachelor’ s Degree in  Computer/Information Science,  Information Technology or  Management Information System (MIS)

Microsoft Certifications preferred
Project Management Certifications, i.e. PMP, preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Must Have:
  • Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure:
  • Microsoft SharePoint development.
  • Mobile App development for SharePoint
  • knowledge of Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, .NET, Visual Studio, Active Directory, ADFS, Windows Server, IIS, Azure, Office365)
  • Experience in Mattermost collaboration, slack and social intranet tools
  • Experience in software design and software architecture, implementation of innovative agile software development concepts
  • Experience in preparing strategic decisions and target group-focused communication at all management levels
  • Experience in system design, specification and operation of web applications or similar

3+ years of experience in the following:
  • Administration Knowledge of administrative procedures, process/project development, and system procedures.
  • Business Management Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, and resource allocation.
  • Education Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design. 
  • Finance Knowledge and understanding of the implications of key financial indicators and controls and assessing impact of financial information.
  • Processing Knowledge of processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Purchasing Knowledge of acquisition techniques that minimize costs 
  • Quality Assurance Knowledge of accounting standards, statistical analysis, precision measurement, and process capability.
  • 2+ years of experience in a project management for IT infrastructure
