Digital Product Manager

The Digital Product Manager will lead cross-functional efforts to design new innovative opportunities for the business while refining the technical and process delivery of our current industry-leading digital products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive the full product lifecycle from digital product strategy to product development, to product maintenance.
  • Lead the evaluation and refinement of the existing technology stack and design the desired future-state products for various projects.
  • Lead the evaluation and refinement of the existing product operations / delivery process from Proposal to Invoice and design the desired future-state processes to reduce cost while improving overall delivery performance.
  • Identify and engage best-in-class technology partners to help build and deploy new product solutions.
  • Collaborate very closely with the cross-functional team to define and help build out the technology needed to support the company’s strategy and goals attainment.
  • Craft rigorous business cases to demonstrate the imperative for proposed new investments and product advances.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline, data science or related field.
  • 3-5 years of product management experience at a start-up, media, or ad tech firm.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Experience in cross-functional roles and a proven track record of delivering successful ad products to market.
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
  • A solid technical understanding of advertising technologies including SSPs/DSPs, Ad Mediation, RTB, and Ad Targeting.
  • A solid technical understanding of video products including HTML5 Video, HLS, MPEG-DASH, etc.
