Full Stack .NET Web Developer

The product engineer’s role is to design, implement, and maintain our applications and sites. This includes new application development as well as maintaining existing applications. You should be comfortable wearing multiple ‘hats’ as a key member of our tight development team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our engineering team to formulate strategies, generate ideas, improve workflow, and implement design decisions
  • Develop application solutions for a wide variety of challenging product engineering projects
  • Determine technical requirements of projects to ensure that client specifications are met
  • Work closely with solution architects\technical leads to develop new and existing solutions
  • Work closely with Infrastructure teams during implementation of solutions
  • Participate in quality assurance aspects of projects
  • Learn, help design and implement cross business process solutions
  • Performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SQL Server 2016 new features, Node.js, React, AngularJS, Octopus Deploy, Team City
  • Highly proficient in writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures
  • 5+ Years’ experience developing web applications with MVC 4, C#, .NET 4.5+
  • 5+ Years’ experience developing with Entity Framework 6+
  • Fluent in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Have a solid foundation in jQuery framework
  • Experience with .NET and JavaScript Unit Testing Frameworks
  • TDD - Test Driven Development
  • Great communication skills and an effective team player
  • Eager to learn new technologies and capable of looking for pragmatic solutions to problems
  • Strong focus on software quality via developer testing and test automation
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes

Knowledge and Core competencies

  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • College degree in (related concentration), or related field, and/or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
