HRIS Analyst Sr

Description:
Position will provide Workday reporting consultation and support. Responsibilities include: resolving internal customer ad-hoc report requests; enhance and create custom reports, dashboard and scorecards; ongoing technical support and maintenance of existing inventory of custom reports, calculated fields, and scheduled future processes.

Requirements:
• 2+ years Workday report writing experience as primary role
• 1+ year of contractor experience, most recently in a Contractor or similar level role
• Certified in Workday HCM and Workday Reporting & Analytics
• Advanced Workday report writing and calculated field skills (e.g. trending, matrix and composite reports, dashboard, scorecard, analytic indicators and report performance tuning)
• Strong working knowledge of Workday business object model (e.g. HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Performance and Talent, Recruiting, Time Tracking and Absence)
• Intermediate Workday Report Designer (BIRT) skills (e.g. talent card, compensation statement)
• Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. advanced formulas and charting, pivot table, v-lookup)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to keep current and learn new Workday features and functionality
