Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • Act as a hands-on, consultative on-boarding specialist to guide new customers from contract signature to fully-functioning “ Operational” status
  • Shepherd new Customers through training, account configuration, and deriving solutions to complex issues relating to optimizing their financial operations and workflow across multiple systems
  • Work comfortably and credibly with dynamic CEOs, CFOs, and accounting staff in high growth, emerging SaaS businesses
  • Provide product expertise across the following areas: subscription analytics, revenue recognition accounting, invoicing processes and payments processes. Don’ t worry, we will teach you what you need to know, and you will become an expert at subscription financial operations
  • Help customers achieve their desired business outcomes while also driving customer accountability to complete on-boarding projects in a timely manner
  • Establish new customers as passionate champions based on their satisfaction with our product, processes and people
  • Collaborate with management to refine client on-boarding processes
  • Strive to continuously improve skills and demonstrate a willingness to learn and establish best practices

Requirements:
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing, account management or implementation role at a SaaS company
  • 2+ years driving projects and meetings via web conference and phone
  • Accounting & finance background in a recurring revenue business is highly valued
  • Experience helping customers implement B2B SaaS solutions is highly valued
  • Experience with integrating & enabling workflows across multiple B2B SaaS products is preferred
  • Project management certifications are very helpful
