Job Description


Responsibilities
- Working with Incident Managers, Situation Managers, Application Support and Technology Platform teams to review, manage and implement permanent solutions for Incident records
- Drive improvements in application stability and customer service quality by ensuring completion of tasks associated with Incident resolution
- Manage Post Mortem Analysis meetings for major Incidents in order to facilitate root cause identification and planning for remediation
- Create and continually improve reporting process to monitor performance of Incident Management process


Requirements:

- 5 to 10 years of IT Operations experience
- Knowledge of IT frameworks and processes – ITIL certification a plus, SDLC
- Solid understanding of modern IT infrastructure components, especially Network, Java Application Servers, Virtualized hosts, Oracle DB, HTTP Servers
- Some background in an allied function such as operations support, platform engineering or software development
