Job Description

  • Responsible for providing project coordination, functional expertise and contributes to process improvements and enhancements for mission-critical ERP implementations.
  • Responsible for project tracking and support of assigned enterprise-wide systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.
  • Responsible for business systems analysis, project management, technical communication and systems support.
  • Works with global IT and functional teams to support enterprise-wide software and modules.
  • Facilitates business projects and initiatives.
  • Supports IT strategies and objectives.
  • Provides support and training to Functional users.
  • Day-to day systems support for enterprise-wide software.
  • Confers with staff and organizational units to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, requested changes, and required modifications to develop appropriate process solutions.
  • Uses process improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma to understand current situation and to make recommendations for improvements.
  • Communicates with internal stakeholders via e-mail status reports, and other updates methods. Delivers Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), to stakeholders and Technical specifications to programming teams.
  • Uses enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems.
  • Designs a detailed description of user needs.
  • Works with technical resources to develop, test, and document software in order to implement and maintain an operational system.
  • Serves as project coordinator on enterprise-wide development projects, including development of the project plan, monitoring and reporting on project progress, and advising managers and stakeholders of potential project delays or resources required to complete the project on a timely basis.
  • Direct and coordinate the work of others to develop, test, install, and modify programs on a project basis.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with functional users and IT staff to find solutions to problems identified in testing, resolve issues during systems upgrades, ensure that requirements documentation is easily translated into UAT (user acceptance training)/functional test plans, and ensure that proper testing of all systems functionality is completed.
  • Prepares workflow charts and diagrams to specify in detail business process supported by enterprise systems.
  • Prepares technical reports, simulations, and instructional manuals to document systems development.
  • Performs other information technology and business analysis duties as required to support assigned enterprise systems.


  • Bachelor’ s degree in Information Technology or Finance and 5 years of experience in implementing, supporting and consulting on financial systems and ERP implementations.
  • 5 years’ experience is required and must include:
  • Developing and documenting business processes and procedures including the designing and documenting detailed process flows and the development of operational performance and quality metric standards and reports;
  • Utilizing Syteline/Infor Cloud Suite ERP system and Financial configurations within the system; Financial processes (GAAP, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Enterprise Entity Structures, Cost Accounting);
  • Supply Chain, Commercial and Operations practices as they relate to Infor Syteline/Cloud Suite Industrial ERP configuration and systems implementation;
  • Customer Service/Commercial order management and invoicing processes including Order to cash processing in ERP systems;
  • and General consulting and project management skills in implementing, configuring and supporting ERP systems and integrated financial solutions.
  • Up to 40% travel required.
