Job Description

Required Experience:
  • Experience as a Process Implementation Consultant creating and implementing complex business process improvement plans, and creating entirely new processes, procedures, documentation for large complex organizations
  • This person has to be a senior resource who’s highly experienced with creating a strategy and doing major new process implementations and present the plan to high level leadership, but they need to also be able to do the more tactical, granular work for this.
  • Performing the analysis, requirements gathering, more tactical duties like actually documenting the new policies, processes, procedures, and doing true Process Mapping but also, doing the high level tasks of actually creating the strategy and implementation plan to the executive leadership team,
  • Will need to meet with various stakeholders, business partners, and Technology folks to figure out what the current process is, document it, and then create and implement a plan to improve it and document that
  • Experience with Creating standards, and introducing new tools, creating processes and strategy, and actually implementing them
  • Experience actually doing true process mapping – Get the feedback, create and document the process flow, map it out, and understand dependencies and inform Sr. Management
  • Experience determining all relevant points of contact (POC), and working with business partners to determine new process, and cadence for regular contact, process, escalations, and documentation
  • Those processes will eventually be assisted by tools and they will ultimately document and drive process in the tool so they should know what tools are out there (, how they work, and be able to make recommendations, but they have to create the process first.
  • Knowledge of related Best practices – how it should be done, and how it should be documented, and what tools are good to use for various different processes
  • Could meet with Vice Presidents and Director levels,, but will also need to be comfortable getting into the weeds, and can’t be too “high level” and not able to do the more tactical stuff – has to be able to identify what they found, document it, and propose it.
  • Experience in Enterprise Environments (large complex companies, matrixed organizations)
  • Experience working with Technology teams
  • Hybrid of Strategy, Business Process Improvement, Portfolio Management, PM, BA skills
Position Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in a Process Improvement, Process Design, Business Process Engineer, Customer Success, or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) required
  • Agile experience is highly preferred
  • Consultant experience is highly preferred
  • Self-starting, high-energy go-getter who takes the initiative to get things done
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, formal and informal
  • Exhibits confidence and is calm under pressure
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve business and basic technical problems
  • Proven ability to interface and consult proficiently and professionally with internal and external teams, and executive level
  • Must be able to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team
  • Displays passion around process improvement and customer experience
