Job Description:
  • General administrative duties such as reserving conference rooms, making travel arrangements, completing expense reports, creating purchase orders, managing payment of invoices, etc.
  • Support key projects for the Risk and Compliance team with deadlines
  • Project administration using  MS Excel and ideal MS Project skills.
  • Strong communication (oral and written), organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel is a must.
  • Responsible for administrative support to a department or individual.
  • Duties may include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.
  • May work on special projects.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
  • Familiarity with G Suite preferred.
  • Will be using legal concepts in compliance, would be good if contractor has provided legal support or has some sort of legal background.
  • Looking for someone to do few admin tasks and provide some project related support.
  • Responsible for supporting the project manager and other project resources during the course of the project lifecycle.
  • Update project plans as needed.
  • Plan, monitor and coordinate tasks.
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in a Jr. Project Coordinator or Project Administrator role is preferred.
