Job Description

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier I help desk support to clients
  • Perform system tests and implement solutions as needed
  • Participate in installations for new and existing clients
  • Work closely with network engineers  on projects
  • Provide quality assurance on installed products as needed
  • Provide on-call  support as needed (on rotation schedule)
  • Respond to customer tickets in a timely fashion
  • Provide support on systems such as Microsoft Servers, Cisco Routers & Switches, and VMWare
  • Respond to events such as network latency, outages, and communication interruptions 
  • Assist with the installation and deployment of new hardware for customers
  • Configure hardware on site and deploy
  • Write documentation for new issues

  • Bachelors’ degree required
  • 1-3 years' experience in a technical support environment
  • MCSA, Cisco, Network+ or other network certifications preferred
