NOC Technician


  • Monitor alerts and determine appropriate disposition
  • Troubleshoot and escalate detected issues in a timely manner
  • Perform log management activities
  • Manage problems and incidents in collaboration with appropriate business unit and resources
  • Compile information and document runbooks for common issues
  • Participate in production deployment activities
  • Contribute to process improvement activities


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in IT Support or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of Networking and Computer system concepts
  • Basic understanding of Linux environment
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assess and prioritize issues/problems to include appropriate resolution/escalation
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner either in written or verbal form
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a moderate workload
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees
  • Ability to work flexible schedule based on business needs
  • Ability to work onsite (full-time) in Mid-town office in Atlanta
