Job Description


• Manage the opportunity close won process with CPQ, that includes receiving signed OSAs, verifying all amounts and products match Salesforce, update all needed fields on the opportunity and quote objects in Salesforce for the Policy Platform.
• Activate contracts and review renewal opportunities in Salesforce.
• Work and assist with end users for any questions they have as it pertains to Salesforce CPQ or native quoting process.
• Manage the native opportunity and quote process for additional platforms in Salesforce.
• Update quote layouts for native process in Salesforce via email templates.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure all needed information is accurate in Salesforce for contract purposes. This includes NetSuite fields for integration.
• Assist in the process of renewal notices via Salesforce/NetSuite.
• Set contracted pricing in Salesforce based on year terms for clients.
• Oversee the close lost opportunity process and client change process.
• Handle DocuSign questions or issues from end users.
• Accept and complete additional projects/work assignments that are outside the normal routine in a timely and effective manner, as appropriate.
• Adapt with minimal or no advance notice to changes in how business is conducted within Salesforce.

• Minimum 2 years Microsoft Office experience (Excel).
