Job Description:
- 5-10 years of IT Operations experience
- Working with Problem Managers, Situation Managers, Application Support and Technology Platform teams to review, manage and implement permanent solutions for Problem records
- Drive improvements in application stability and customer service quality by ensuring completion of tasks associated with Problem resolution
- Manage Post Mortem Analysis meetings for major Incidents in order to facilitate root cause identification and planning for remediation
- Create and continually improve reporting process to monitor performance of Problem Management process


Required skills and experience:
- Knowledge of IT frameworks and processes – ITIL certification a plus, SDLC
- Solid understanding of modern IT infrastructure components, especially Network, Java Application Servers, Virtualized hosts, Oracle DB, HTTP Servers
- Some background in an allied function such as operations support, platform engineering or software development
