Product Training and Support Analyst


Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshop and training program to key product stakeholders to establish understanding of and support of the common product management competency
• Assist Product Training lead to drive Diversity and Inclusivity agenda aligned with firms key initiatives and programs
• Working with the Domain Leads and the Product Training Lead develop annual training budget aligned with emerging technology training curriculum
• Support respective Product leadership teams on their strategic and team effectiveness agenda
• Support the Identity, Value, and Talent program by working with our Product leadership to identify training and cultural needs that are needed to support the transformation to a product-centric organization
• Track record of supporting programs that improves individual, team, and company performance
• Exceptional written and interpersonal skills
• Strong logistical planning and organizational skills
• Team-orientated, engaging, and energetic
• Capable of working collaboratively across multiple departments
• Passionate about organizational culture, personal development, training, learning, and seeing individuals develop to their fullest potential
• Exposure to applying organization capability design, change, and leadership frameworks and assessments
• Clear and concise communication skills, including ability to interact confidently and persuasively with people at all levels.
• Broad range of work, sometimes complex and non-routine, in variety of environments
• Interactions with various levels if IT and client serving teams.
• Experience in project and program management
• Agile / DevOps experience is a plus
• Excellent awareness of different cultures and working practices across the regions
• Good presentation skills with ability to present material clearly and concisely to varying audiences
• In depth understanding on IT from product and cost perspective is preferred
• Must demonstrate experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
• Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people to balance demands as well as understanding and integrating cultural differences and motives.
• Ability to work independently in a global organization within the context of a virtual team.
• As this is a role with global focus and responsibilities, you may be required to work outside of the normal working hours in your time zone in order to partner with other IT Services staff globally. This role may also include travel, both domestic and international.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
