Help coordinate various meetings related to hiring and onboarding efforts, as well as facilitate reoccurring, operational meetings.
Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure meeting attendance for all discussions
Coordinate and manage SOWs, Change Orders, and PO execution and Invoicing across cross-functional team of engineering, sourcing, and external partners
Make sure all documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis
Track and follow up on execution of assigned actions for the team
Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities of small teams
Excellent communication skills – Ability to communicate clearly, and model an attitude of positivity and supportiveness
Strong organization skills - Multi task and prioritize
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including the use of formulas, pivot tables and graphs
