Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, efficient, detail-oriented and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage calendars for senior management 
  • Book travel arrangements and submit expense reports 
  • Order, stock and ensure sufficient office supplies for the team 
  • Participate in implementing training programs 
  • Maintain and distribute monthly reporting to staff regarding use of training programs 
  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules) 
  • Book classrooms and ensure set-up 
  • Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, surveys, website) 
  • Act as point-of-contact for vendors and participants 
  • Organize own work, following established processes or work plans and taking direction from others 
  • Track progress and identifies/resolves obstacles 
  • Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, presentations, and preparing progress reports for senior managers, and other related tasks as assigned. 

Primary Skills: 
  • Must have strong knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required 
  • Requires a college or university degree 
  • 1-3 years of prior experience as a Project Coordinator is required.
