Job Description


The primary responsibility of this role is to manager customer enterprise mobility projects. The Project Manager will manage projects assigned, which includes planning, execution and transition.   This Project Manager will produce project plans, requirements documents and workflows. You will manage all task deliveries within a project, will provide communication throughout the lifecycle of the project and will work with all project parties involved to execute the project from assignment to execution to project close and steady-state transition. There is a large focus on product deployment and roll-outs.

Participate in timelines of customer statement of work
Understand support and deliverable details for each customer.
Handle of customer project initial sessions, as well as additional meetings for requirements 
Develop Project Documentation
Develop support workflows for all support areas and project plan
Develop and maintain Project Plan action items, risks, issues, decisions and change control
Work with Order Management to communicate project deployment details
Conduct project reconciliations, which may not be limited to, inventory and invoicing.
Conduct project initiations and go-live kick-off meetings, host any additional internal prep meetings needed
Conduct lessons learned, project reconciliation, project close and steady-state transition meetings
Assist customer with  questions, reporting setup and lite training


BS or BA degree; PMP or other Project certification a plus
5+ years of relevant implementation, end to end Project Management experience- in a customer facing environment
Strong background in product roll-out and deployment projects – different than technical up-grades for software and systems
Ability to accomplish objectives by leading and collaborating with others, and by leveraging resources from a variety of cross-functional teams and/or companies
Ability to plan, schedule, monitor and coordinate multiple concurrent tasks to meet assignment deliverables and deadlines
Excellent written, oral presentation, influencing and sales communication skills, and conflict resolution skills.
Must be able to simplify, articulate and effectively communicate project material and deliverables at every level, internally and externally, including, negotiation and problem resolution with customers
Strong customer facing services experience (consulting, PM, AM) that includes issue resolution and escalation management at both the business owner and executive levels
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
Ability to consult with customer’ s onsite and remotely at the executive level, and at the business operation and technical levels.
Excellent Change Management skills, including the ability to influence, motivate and persuade.
Ability to accomplish results working through others.
Hands on, individual contributor and collaborative team player.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical personnel at all levels; and good listening skills to translate requirements from non-technical personnel into requirements.
