Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Leads cross-functional teams to complete an assigned project on time, on budget, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency
  • Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly
  • Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed
  • Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates.
  • Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers, strategic partners and other platform owners, through integrations and implementations. Establish processes/procedures to manage customer portfolio activity
  • Become a product expert, with strong understanding in configurations and data integration
  • Assist product owner in managing certifications of integrations to third party partners and other internal platforms
  • Internally, work cross-functionally to solve configuration challenges
  • Be proactive with issue resolution
  • Strong understanding of web based applications, API's, and data integration
  • Monitor new client implementations and existing client support; provide daily problem solving, coordination and leadership as required
  • Drive the efforts of technical and operations resources as they develop integrated software solutions and support systems to serve the partners and clients
  • Maintain ongoing reporting of partner, client, and internal status and activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Technical background and experience with client/server, database, and customer information systems required
  • Experience working with API integrations
  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to navigate at all levels in the organization and interact effectively and confidently with audiences of varying skill sets and authority
  • Relationship-building and the ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Strategic thinking, with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the tactics when needed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage issue resolution - including the identification of issues, developing a resolution plan, and executing the changes needed
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
