Job Description:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive program and project management practices that support Corporate Services Alliance within the Security and Compliance Tribe
  • Corporate Services Alliance custodian for Inventory Asset Management.
  • Subject Matter Expert on our asset management standard operating procedures and govern the quality of data across Corporate Services Alliance.
  • Experience with ITIL procedures specifically change management Experience with tools such as Service Now, HP Asset Manager
  • Build a governance model to ensure on-time completion and compliance with all Audits, Consent Orders and any additional ask or request from Global Security, along with but not limited to ensure compliance with Global Security Policy
  • Build training and on-boarding programs for developers, development and security teams and other activities that would promote further adoption of application security solutions
  • Develop and deliver metrics to show value and effectiveness of program against required KPI’ s
  • Work with internal security teams and security program office ensures proper deployment of security programs across the Corporate Services Alliance.
  • Maintain a customer centric approach and strive to gain trust and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Own and drive problem resolution and escalation processes through close coordination with Segments, Planning and Execution to ensure full adoption of global security policies and procedures across the Alliance including but not limited to engineering, support, product management, and sales organizations.

What You Need To Succeed
  • Minimum of 3 years of technical program management experience.
  • A strong technical background and solid foundation in software engineering principles.
  • Experience selecting and analyzing security metrics. Knowledge of JIRA preferred.
  • Communication: Strong written and oral skills
  • Dependability: Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles change, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure.

Nice To Have
  • Experience with rolling out application security programs across a diverse product set.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance audits such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, and HIPAA, FTC.
  • Experience with Aha!, Service Now, Inventory Asset management tools,
  • Experience with Data Analytics, must be comfortable with large amounts of data .

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in project/program management and/or applicable security and corporate functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance)
  • Bachelor' s Degree required, MBA preferred
  • Experience leading and successfully delivering results for complex growth initiatives or business transformations which involve large cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to negotiate and create consensus where appropriate with internal groups
  • Experience with business management, execution and performance measurement – and associated processes and tools
  • Comfortable working with diverse, challenging and ever-changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience communicating with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to make decisions related to project/initiative objectives, requirements, process, and budget
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support team building and cross-functional interaction with the ability to influence others
  • Strong ability to establish alliances with other departments and BUs/COEs by recognizing dependencies to the project/program
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
