CONTRACT TO HIRE ROLE IN ATLANTA, GA or DALLAS, TX
Requirements:
- Drive the overall program and scope management of large, multi-phased programs delivering complex, multi-site solutions
- Assist Project Managers in coaching delivery teams and aligning the end-to-end delivery process with Agile/SAFe or Waterfall Methodologies as appropriate
- Remove roadblocks, drive timelines, and reduce delays so that Program Financial Benefits can be realized in a timely manner
- Implement a scope management process tailored to the Agile/SAFe and/or Waterfall methodology, including deliverables such as release scope, backlog inventory, estimating guidelines, and release schedules
- Implement a formal change management and communication process for scope changes
- Set strategic direction, identify program priorities, and verify that scope is aligned with the overall product roadmap, vision, and architectural design
- Collaborate with key project stakeholders regarding business strategy and product releases
- Implement a governance and communication plan with key stakeholders
- Provide guidance to accelerate and improve overall delivery across the program
- Provide guidance to executive level leadership on Program Status, Risks, and Issues
- Act as liaison between the Project Managers and the Business Client to ensure that maximum functionality is being delivered on time and on budget
- Assist Project Managers in resolving escalated issues to reduce delays and maximize the program’ s business value
- Assist Project Managers in evaluating scope and project impacts and explaining those impacts and tradeoffs to the business
