Job Description

Position: Project Manager

Location: Atlanta


Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish framework for consistency in processes across the Media Supply Chain.
  • Develop and track MSC KPIs.
  • Project financial management and resource reporting.

• Set-up customer meetings and spokesperson in customer meetings regarding scope creep, change in requirements, project schedule, etc.

• Maintain open and constant communication, including current project status, amongst internal team, customers, and management.

• Firefight and resolve project issues. Provide ad-hoc and immediate solution to project problems.
  • Project management of small projects across multiple teams that require accountability and influence management.
  • Responsible for removing impediments to deliver the product goals and required deliverables.

• Manage and promote a positive working relationship with customers, partners and tech teams. Lead the negotiation of expectations related to the project across multiple teams and manage those expectations throughout the project.

• Use effective meeting management skills to initiate, conduct and report out on meetings, project kick-off meetings, customer status meetings, and other as-needed meetings.


Minimum work experience:

• 3+ years project management experience with demonstrated success in delivering quality projects on time and at or under budget.

• Experience in a structured Agile environment.

• Full software development life cycle experience and demonstrated success in developing and implementing contingency plans to ensure the success of projects.

• Experience with custom developed implementations.

• Participation in several software implementations through the complete project lifecycle.

• Ability to “ think out of the box” and develop creative solutions.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong customer communication and presentation skills.

• Must demonstrate proactive customer service skills.

• Ability to multi-task many initiatives simultaneously.

• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast paced environment, with limited supervision.

• Very detailed oriented and highly-organized.

• Energetic, shows passion and is vested into the project at hand.



Educational requirement:
  • Bachelor Degree CIS, MIS, BBA or equivalent
