Data Analyst/Marketing

This role with collaborate and work with stakeholders to identify key measures and reporting requirements around customer engagement software products. Perform deep dive analysis to effectively translate broad data sets into actionable results, present findings and recommendations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define, create, document and implement standardized reports and dashboards

- Maintain and enhance existing reporting utilities to ensure routine reports are timely and accurate

- Work directly with external and internal clients to gather and analyze requirements and translate into the design of applications, reports or other required output

- Create and maintain self-service reports for internal stakeholders

- Identify multiple solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability

- Work as an analytical, problem solver who can make high quality judgments and decisions quickly with excellent organization skills to work across functions, with internal leadership, and external customers.

- Provide actionable insights to drivers and barriers within our service lines/business based on our sales and marketing initiatives

- Partner with the marketing team to strengthen and scale initiatives based on data and customer driven insights, and quantify return on investments for marketing efforts

- Measure and track marketing campaigns with marketing team and provide timely reporting, including needs for client business reviews.

- Provide market and service analytics and insight for strategic and marketing operational (executional) planning, including KPI recommendations, assist with customer insight generation/market research as needed

 

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’ s degree

- 2-3 years of analytics in marketing or customer engagement

- Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau or Power BI, required

- Data mining and visualization skills

- Experience working extensively with marketing, finance, sales, and operations teams

- Able to handle, prioritize and manage projects in various stages of completion, as well as working with different functions and levels within an organization

- Database experience, nice to have not required

- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment

- Must possess good communication and analytical skills.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines

- Experience in data requirement elicitation, validation, reporting design, and quality assurance
