Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing customer focused support for an enterprise SaaS / Software company
  • Experience collaborating with both development teams and customers in a software support capacity (even better if you have experience with global clients)
  • Desire to stay current with technology and best practices
  • Flexible, open-minded and enjoy interacting with people
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in software development would be a huge plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud is a huge plus
  • Experience maintaining license servers
  • Experience maintaining access rights for customers
  • Experience with product and project documentation
