Perform tasks related to end user access, including user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications in various systems and applications
Assist with the evaluation, testing, deployment, and management of tools supporting IAM related activities
Assist with the development and maintenance of role based access controls (RBAC)
Identify entitlement inconsistencies and provide resolution
Analyze user access roles and security settings to independently assess compliance with defined standards
Conduct user access recertifications consistent with established processes
Prepare or obtain user and system access reports from trusted sources
Review, maintain and develop department documentation to ensure it reflects current processes and procedures
Work collaboratively with other IT teams to configure IAM tools and systems
Serve as a business unit resource for IAM projects and compliance with established processes
Remediate audit, assessment, and examination findings and control gaps
Requirements
Experience in an Identity and Access Management environment
Access Control and provisioning
Remediation of audit findings and control gaps
Ability to work off hours or on-call rotation
Experience with Sailpoint Identity IQ
Advanced MS Excel
Knowledge of regulatory compliance (FFIEC, SOX, etc.)
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business users
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Ability to recognize and focus on critical issues, balance multiple tasks, and respond to competing needs within the organization
