We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our  Incident/Change Management & Process Improvement team  within our Corporate Services Alliance (IT). The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of success, will be experienced and motivated, with a strong sense of urgency, and ownership of outcomes.
This role will work closely with Leadership – acting as an Analyst for key incidents, changes, and process improvements related to secure Managed File Transfer (SFTP/HTTPS) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

This will include, but not be limited to:
  • Transparent report creation and management, process documentation, JIRA scrum board management, Aha! roadmap management, future state process design, and change management across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
  • The candidate must be able to effectively manage transparency and visibility to the broader organization, be detailed-oriented and communicate effectively across all levels of the enterprise.
  • Status reporting and providing transparency into the incident, change, and process improvement processes will be a key objective and determinant of success.

Primary Tasks
  • Ensure incidents are trackable and visible within the ServiceNow tool for Managed File Transfer platforms – notably leading transparency for all incidents responsible for and affected by
  • Manage the tracking and approval process for all changes to be implemented by or requested by Batch Fulfillment Services across the enterprise
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for process improvement tracking through JIRA for Scrum implementation
  • Ensure that all Scrum ceremonies are scheduled and administered at the end of each sprint
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Aha! roadmap integration within Batch Services
  • Write process documentation as well as understand functional documentation such as business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure documentation is kept up to date (process, functional, and technical) for incident and change management
  • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, peers, and leaders
  • Act as the liaison between the process improvement team, leadership, and other key stakeholders with regard to incident & change management and ongoing process improvements

Required Experience & Education
  • A proven reporting and analytics professional with 3+ years’ experience in Incident/Change Management, Process Improvement, or related field
  • Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, and Aha! systems
  • Experience with Scrum development principles is a plus
  • MUST have: Bachelor’ s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
