Job Description

Help drive the development of new solutions for our customers and our internal teams that engage with customers. The focus will be on the evolution of customer E-Commerce, self-service and on-boarding platforms.



• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge about the company’ s products and supporting technologies.

• Engage with Product, Marketing and Sales teams to understand business problems and opportunities

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends, to support innovation

• Manage roadmap and planning for solution delivery

• Document business requirements, create user stories and complete data mapping

• Drive SDLC for solutions that we provide, supporting Development and QA functions

• Manage UAT handover

• Provide documentation and support for technology deliverables

• Support process mapping, testing and pilots



• Experience working in Business Analyst role and/or experience with general SDLC

• Preferably candidate will have experience with customer self-service tools

• Experience working with Mobile and Web applications

• Previous experience with SalesForce, Service-Now, OKTA and E-Commerce platforms would be beneficial

• Strong consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written skills (Spanish is a plus)

• Strong bias for action

• Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Proven leadership abilities, conflict management and problem resolution
