On the Data/Marketing Analytics team, you will work cross-functionally to develop and stand up dashboards and reporting that compiles and communicates key insights and recommendations, showing how our marketing programs are performing and how marketing can optimize on their investment (ROMI).

This is a great opportunity to help develop consistency in our tracking and reporting mechanics across all marketing channels, while also tailoring reporting needs for individual business and stakeholder requirements.

This role influences decision making with integrated, objective, and actionable insights. You will provide objective assessments to inform strategy, understand performance, optimize investment, and maximize Marketing’ s contribution to the business.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Reporting, metrics and dashboards –
    • Develop marketing measurement metrics and reporting to help optimize marketing campaigns, including return on marketing investment
    • Design, build, and automate marketing dashboards for data-driven decision making and optimization
    • Develop a top line summary and post campaign analysis template that tells a story, and highlights performance, key insights and actionable recommendations for executive review
    • Provide analysis to guide optimization, find opportunities and establish best practices
    • Set up ongoing QA to ensure data analysis and reporting is accurate
  • Campaign automation –
    • Work cross-functionally to automate internal and external campaigns for multiple segments with personalization
    • Create process flow, framework and campaign canvass for automated and personalized campaigns
  • Change management advocate --
    • Building measurable dashboards, automation and reporting that lead change effectively and optimize internal and external communications.
    • Energized by a role that focused less on “ what to do” and more on “ what can be”.
    • Operates through the lens of “ customer first”, customer experience, and a “ we not me” mindset.
  • Partnership –
    • Alignment with customer communications, employee communications and other teams to ensure contact management is in sync, metrics for measurement are agreed upon and execution/automated deployment are flawless.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing analytics and demand gen experience preferably with a B2B company
  • Bachelor’ s degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, finance, or an analytics field (MBA or advanced degree in an analytics field preferred similar is required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/G-Suite, SFDC, Eloqua and other marketing and data extraction tools
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making
  • Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across organizational levels
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and in overcoming ambiguity
