Requirements:

5+ years or more strong technical experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, JPA/Hibernate
Proficiency in one of more scripting languages (preferably Perl)
5+ years of experience working in Java Multithreading and J2EE technologies such as Spring MVC Framework
Familiar with Apache Maven and / or Ant
Experience writing SQL queries for Sybase / Oracle or another Relational Database is required.
Experience in C development is a big plus
Working knowledge of object-oriented design and development skills.
Ability to use version control software such as GIT.
