Lead a team to provide reporting capabilities and analytics platforms to internal and external reporting users
Develop strategy and drive the standardization of processes, methods, tools, data metrics and KPIs leveraging business process and data knowledge:
Understand business strategy and KPIs,
Manage user expectations and help lead organizational change management efforts
Drive BI capability delivery for multiple programs
Direct analytics and reporting efforts
Oversee the design, test, validation, and implementation of new reporting platforms
Develop and enhance delivery methods for producing high-quality business intelligence solutions
Oversee the administration, performance, and target-state roadmap of core reporting and analytics platforms
Manage and mentor a team of architects and developers, providing guidance to team members and implementing development plans to ensure the growth of team members
Qualifications
Bachelor’ s degree required, postgraduate degree preferred
8+ years of relevant experience with data analytics and or Business Intelligence
3+ years of leading a team, preferably internal
Experience implementing reporting and analytics platforms and capabilities
Proficient in BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microstrategy
Drives proactive identification of continuous improvement opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead meetings and teams to reach consensus to drive results.
High attention to detail and urgency in a fast-paced working environment
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, stakeholders, and third parties
