Sr. Pre-Sales Consultant
Fulltime role in Atlanta, GA

Provide support for the U.S. sales team for new and existing customers. You would work closely with sales and delivery teams on a day to day basis. Some duties would include creating and configuring customer specific demonstrations of solutions, gathering customer requirements, mapping solutions to customer business requirement, setting up proof of concepts, customer visits, building out return on investment for customers, as well as other duties as required.

Job Requirements
  • Review and validate Proof of Concept (PoC) and Solution Proposals
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations
  • Prepare and provide input for technical sections of RFPs/ RFQs/RFIs
  • Attend meetings with potential customer to determine technical requirements and data mapping
  • Create documentation including data flow and data mapping with technical explanations
  • Create/set up PoC’ s based on customer requirements
  • Ability to format customer data into standard import formats
  • Provide Support for PoC’ s
  • Deliver training on PoC’ s
  • Industry knowledge (Automotive and/or Industrial Machinery)
  • Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to the company
  • Work delivery services to understand project effort estimates
  • Prepare and provide information for technical sections of Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Work closely with the product manager on requirements identified from customers
  • Liaise with the Product Management team to maintain a detailed working knowledge of the solution.
  • Provide solution demonstrations to large enterprises
  • Ability to conduct customer and internal meetings
  • Provide internal handover between sales and services
  • Provide customer handover between sale to services
  • Ability to travel (around 30%) to customers and office location (some international travel may be required)
