Program Manager
Digital & Sales Systems Specific experience:
As the Digital & Sales Systems Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing a related set of projects within the Digital & Sales Portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Daily program management throughout the program life cycle;
- Defining the program governance;
- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress;
- Managing the program’s budget;
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;
- Coordinating the projects;
- Full life cycle project management;
- Managing stakeholders’ communication;
- Aligning the deliverables to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager;
Skills
- 10 years project management experience
- 3 years program management experience
- 5 years experience within Agile delivery
- Experience with MS Project
- Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques;
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures; and
- The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
Certifications Required:
PMP, SAFe
