Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing cross-departmental resources regarding designated projects and timelines
  • Assist with the preparation of department presentations and reports as needed
  • Data entry and content creation for employee engagement portal
  • Assist with nonprofit partner sponsorship fulfillment and correspondence
  • Management of various email inboxes
  • Assist with information gathering and project-related research as needed
  • Project tracking and monitoring for department programs
  • Take comprehensive meeting minutes and assist with follow-up on action items
  • Manage meeting requests and scheduling for department AVP
  • Other administrative duties including booking meetings, travel, and providing logistical support for various projects as requested
  • Back-up support for team members as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective communication with company employees of all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective at working independently and in collaboration with others
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and responsive
  • Significant experience in administration and/or project management
