As a Project Manager for Technology Governance & Compliance you will be responsible for helping guide company technology organizations to deliver and implement various security projects and initiatives in an effective manner using industry best practices. You will work in a fast paced organization addressing challenging business and technology issues. Successful candidates must have the ability to drive needed results utilizing a high amount of collaboration, proactive ownership, problem solving, facilitating change with a strong customer centric focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all internal technology teams are working together effectively and efficiently and leverage your experience with large scale enterprise projects to help shepherd and guide them through various stages of delivery.
• Interface with individual contributors and company technology leadership (many levels) to drive collaboration across disparate technology groups.
• Manage cadence and governance by leading the reporting and tracking functions of projects.
• Proactively help solve challenges through new ideas, tools and mechanisms.
• Exemplary communicator both at the executive and project team level.
• Peer leader, ability to gain stakeholder agreement, and negotiate.
• Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.


Required Skills:
• 5+ years leading complex, large enterprise scale, IT/Security projects
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math or equivalent experience
• Experience working/leading projects with current security technologies (SIEM, FIM, etc.)
• Experience with project management organizational tools such as: MS Project, MS Excel, Jira, Confluence and G Suite (Gmail, Hangouts, Calendar, Google+, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Proven ability as a leader working with diverse roles, personalities, and demanding stakeholders
• Self-motivated driver to solve problems, highly inquisitive, and able to make progress despite obstacles
• Strong time management skills and sense of timeliness to meet commitments
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level and drive results
• Demonstrated aptitude and ability in acquiring new knowledge and skills
• Ability to utilize (in some cases define) key metrics to measure and optimize performance
• Exceptional facilitation skills to gain and maintain alignment, transparency of process, results, and trust
• Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, be detail driven, and have excellent problem solving abilities.
