You will track, report progress, and escalate as needed to ensure success. You should possess execution focus, customer centric aptitude, strong relationship management acumen, and a hunger to learn. You should have substantial experience driving and leading and influencing others. Transformation experience is preferred. Cloud experience is strongly preferred. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide program-level leadership to internal teams responsible for implementing the build and integration of the our data systems
  • Collaborate with business and technology partners to understand business requirements, oversee plans, and ensure delivery of results. Manage risks and dependencies. Procure resources. Creative problem solving.
  • Manage partner expectations, communications, and coordinate deliverables between technology and business teams, inter-relationships and dependencies, including multiple and often conflicting priorities and information
  • Drive and support project/program direction, team management, and stewardship
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships across partner groups.
  • Assist with communications and change management activities.
  • Report status and deliver presentations for executive reviews
  • Augment the Program/Alliance Leader as needed with administrative duties such as managing business cases, contractors, reporting, and team development activities.

Qualification requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of SDLC, and various development and PPM methodologies
  • 10+ years of experience in managing large, complex and strategic enterprise programs to successful outcomes. Technology-related program experience is preferred and helpful in acclimating quickly, but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and operate effectively within a matrixed organization, in a fast paced and dynamic technology and business environment, with aggressive timelines and achievements.
  • Transformation experience is preferred. Cloud experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively, and maintain focus on the goal.
  • Execution focused – results-oriented standout contributor with a “can do” attitude.
  • Demonstrated consulting, influencing, and negotiating skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to build and grow relationships and collaborate at all levels in the organization.
