Job Description


Responsibilities:

• Direct the continued implementation of standard program management practices
• Drive Front Door and assignment of work
• Drive Weekly Team Reporting Cadence including Performance Indicators
• Establish group cadence and key senior management sessions overall Gov & Comp updates
• Drive Enterprise Calendars / Priorities
• Establish transparent, consistent, and repeatable scorecards, reporting and compliance insights
• Gaining knowledge about Platforms and Product offerings across the business
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team of stakeholders such as Senior Leaders, System Architects, Legal and Operations teams
• Support the Program teams in solving issues and mitigating risks with effective strategies and collaboration
• Produce program roadmaps and supporting documentation
• Understand the inter-dependability of the platforms, features and the impact of changes
• Support team members on best practices, lean thinking, and continuous improvement
• Active participation in problem analysis and resolution
• Support, Prepare and Present Executive level presentations and communications
• Perform analysis on results and use data to derive conclusions.
• Communicate analysis to key stakeholders using a clear approach and recommendation of valid solutions

Requirements:
• 6+ years leading complex programs
• 3+ years as project manager leading technology or security inititives
• 4+ years as a manager/director leading teams of 2 or more directs
• Minimum of Bachelor’ s Degree in Business, IT or Engineering
• Experience in Asset Management required
• Superior communication skills
• Focus on metrics relevant to business growth and providing value to our customers
• Ability to perform structured qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Attention to detail and superior organization skills
• An ability to build relationships in all levels of the organization
• A Lean strategic thinker who values partnerships based on trust, sustainable throughput of value, innovation and relentless improvement
• An open mind to learn and adapt to improving the team every day
• Understands how to coach, mentor, motivate and build teams.
• Experience with AHA, building roadmaps and product level programs

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of program and project management experience in a high growth, complex environment
• Experience working in an Agile environment and ensuring standard compliance processes are adhered to
• Experience engaging directly with Senior Leadership
• Experience in a high-volume production environment involving many transactions is a must
• Customer facing project management and team leadership experience is required
• Experience leading analytical resources on projects and providing expertise in business development processes is preferred
• Any programming or development experience would be a plus
• Experience with Lean/Six-Sigma execution and implementation methods

Preferred Skills:

• Conceptual understanding of Cloud, Security Controls
• Prior experience working in security services and understanding cybersecurity frameworks and controls (NIST CSF)
• Experience and understanding working with legal and regulatory standards (PCI, Fedramp, CCPA, GDPR, etc.)
• Governance best practices and industry standards
