The Project/Program Manager is a senior position that plays a key role supporting enterprise initiatives in the Planning & Execution Enablement Alliance working for the Technology Governance & Compliance group. This job functions in a fast-paced waterfall/agile environment that has a tremendous impact on the success of the company. Execution of Enterprise Level PCI Certification, escalations, and collaboration across multiple technology and Business Alliances to obtain certification. Establish best practice and muscle memory of this annual process. This position is an exciting multi-faceted opportunity for candidates who are highly motivated to succeed, fast learners, influential, passionate about solving problems and is a team player. The individual will be accountable for leading multiple large, complex initiatives from ideation to implementation, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure that programs deliver according to customer needs all while maintaining a constant focus toward continuous improvement. Additional skills required are monitoring progress against strategic goals, measuring key metrics, communicating and leading project teams as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.


Requirements:
6+ years leading complex programs
• 3+ years as project manager leading technology or security initiatives
• 4+ years as a manager/director leading teams of 2 or more directs
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or Engineering
• Experience in Asset Management required
• Superior communication skills
• Focus on metrics relevant to business growth and providing value to our customers
• Ability to perform structured qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Attention to detail and superior organization skills
• An ability to build relationships in all levels of the organization

• Experience with AHA, building roadmaps and product level programs


Responsibilities:
• Direct the continued implementation of standard program management practices
• Drive Front Door and assignment of work
• Drive Weekly Team Reporting Cadence including Performance Indicators
• Establish group cadence and key senior management sessions overall Gov & Comp updates
• Drive Enterprise Calendars / Priorities
• Establish transparent, consistent, and repeatable scorecards, reporting and compliance insights
• Gaining knowledge about Platforms and Product offerings across the business
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team of stakeholders such as Senior Leaders, System Architects, Legal and Operations teams
• Support the Program teams in solving issues and mitigating risks with effective strategies and collaboration
• Produce program roadmaps and supporting documentation
• Understand the inter-dependability of the platforms, features and the impact of changes
• Support team members on best practices, lean thinking, and continuous improvement
• Active participation in problem analysis and resolution
• Support, Prepare and Present Executive level presentations and communications
• Perform analysis on results and use data to derive conclusions.
• Communicate analysis to key stakeholders using a clear approach and recommendation of valid solutions
